What are the odds of two people getting together if one lives in Estonia and another in South Africa? Where would they meet? Apparently, they need to travel all the way to Japan.

And so it happened, on a hot September day in 2012, we met in Hiroshima and became friends who shared a fascination with traveling and mountains.

Even Liina and Victor’s first dates were unlike typical couples, taking place all across Europe – Berlin, Stockholm, Hanover, mountains in Spain, and so much more.

They continued traveling through life until eventually, and most appropriately, Víctor proposed to Liina in Chile while doing what they love the most in this life – hiking across magnificent mountains and sharing the experience with each other.
