Liina & Jaanus | The Journey from Friendship to a Dream Wedding

The story of Liina and Jaanus began... let's just say... modestly. Liina caught Jaanus' eye at the party. The man immediately took it upon himself and wrote to Liina for the first time in the Facebook Messenger in 2012. But his important text ended up in the "Message requests" folder.

“Okay, it didn’t work the first time. The next year he tried again. Same problem.”

And then, two years after the note, Liina found these messages and sent her reply. Just two years…

But communication had begun. Although the true friendship deepened when Liina and Jaanus had a common company and shared events. According to Jaanus: "And so I followed Liina for a few years, until we finally became a couple in 2022, on August 8."

The new situation actually seemed unbelievable to both of them - two such good friends, between whom everything seemed to fit.

Just one year later, on August 8, 2023, their engagement took place in Prague, a city that will now remain in their hearts forever.

It was not the last important August 8 in the lives of Liina and Jaanus. A year later, on the exact same date, they pledged their eternal love to each other - that day became their wedding date.
